We aim to process retail orders received by 12pm on the same working day (this is not guaranteed but is our aim), but please bear in mind the time difference if you live outside the UK. Some orders are shipped with Tracking Numbers and require a signature on delivery. This does not include weekends when our warehouse is closed.  This helps to ensure you receive your order and that a responsible adult signs for it. Some postal services share their Tracking Facility, for example, in the US it is possible to track your order on www.usps.com using the Tracking Number we send you. USPS is not always the fastest service for delivery and updating but they try their best! National Postal Services in a range of other countries also offer a Tracking service.

Trade Orders - we aim to send trade orders out within 48 hours of being received.  They will be sent either by DHL, Freight or Royal Mail Nexrt Day Delivery.  The choice will be down to the size of the order.  Tracking will be provided.

We have implemented a cost-by-weight system to try and make the prices fairer, especially for small orders. The UK parcel postage rate now starts at £3.39 for 48 hour.  We can usually send smaller orders containing 10ml bottles at the Large Letter rate, but anything bigger means it has to go at the Small Packet rate which is substantially higher. 50ml bottles are too big in diameter to be classed as a 'large letter', so the price for those starts from £3.39 plus VAT, the small packet rate.  We do offer DHL as another option which starts from £8.89 plus VAT.  UK retail orders over £30 qualify for free shipping.  This will be sent 48 hour tracked.

We are required by law to charge VAT on all UK and EU postage prices because we are VAT registered and trading as a UK business.

Postage charges should be shown in your basket and at checkout so you know the cost in advance.
